TurboPower SysTools

TurboPower SysTools is an open source library of routines and classes for Delphi and other Borland compilers that cover a wide variety of uses (see the SourceForge site for more information).
The code available here contains ONLY the source changes and new package files to allow it to compile and install in Delphi 2005--you must already have downloaded the complete package from SourceForge.
